Workspace Service Agreement

BY ACTIVATING A WORKSPACE SERVICE THROUGH 10CORP, YOU AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT AND ALL APPLICABLE PLATFORM TERMS.

This Workspace Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of workspace productivity services resold or provisioned by 10Corp Web Services LLC ("10Corp") through 10Corp, including but not limited to email-hosted productivity suites, collaborative tools, and shared workspace environments. This Agreement covers all other workspace and hosted productivity services.

1. Service Description

Workspace services provide hosted, cloud-based productivity tools enabling team collaboration, communication, file sharing, and project management. Specific features depend on the workspace platform selected and your subscription tier.

2. Account and User Management

You are the account administrator ("Admin") responsible for provisioning and managing user accounts within your workspace. You must ensure all users comply with this Agreement and applicable platform terms. You are responsible for all activity within your workspace organization, including unauthorized use resulting from compromised credentials.

3. Data and Privacy

Data stored in workspace services is owned by you and your organization. 10Corp processes workspace data solely to deliver the services. Data handling is subject to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA). You are responsible for compliance with data protection laws applicable to your organization and the personal data of your workspace users.

4. Uptime and Support

10Corp targets 99.9% monthly uptime for workspace services. For issues with the underlying platform (e.g., the provider's infrastructure), 10Corp will escalate to the upstream provider on your behalf. Support is available Mon'€“Fri, 9AM'€“6PM EST via email and ticket system. Critical outages are addressed on a priority basis.

5. Storage and Usage Limits

Storage and usage quotas depend on your selected workspace plan. If you exceed your plan's storage quota, 10Corp will notify you and provide a grace period to upgrade your plan or reduce usage. Persistent overage may result in service throttling or suspension.

6. Acceptable Use

Workspace services must not be used to transmit spam, host malware, conduct phishing, or violate any applicable laws. Users within your workspace organization are bound by this Agreement's acceptable use requirements. As Admin, you are responsible for enforcing compliant use within your organization.

7. Custom Domain Email

Workspace plans that include custom domain email require a valid domain and proper DNS configuration (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC). 10Corp will provide setup assistance. DNS propagation may take up to 72 hours. Misconfigurations that affect email deliverability are the responsibility of the account holder once setup instructions have been provided.

8. Fees and Billing

Workspace service fees are billed per user per month or annually as selected. Adding users mid-cycle results in prorated charges. Removing users takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable unless specified in our Refund Policy.

9. Migration and Offboarding

10Corp provides email and data migration assistance as part of workspace onboarding at no additional charge (standard migrations). Upon cancellation, you have thirty (30) days to export all workspace data. After this period, data may be permanently deleted in accordance with the upstream platform's data retention policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

10CORP'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM WORKSPACE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. 10CORP IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES, LOSS OF BUSINESS DATA, OR COMMUNICATION FAILURES.

11. Amendments

10Corp may update this Agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. Continued use of workspace services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
