10Corp Web Services LLC ("10Corp") respects intellectual property rights and expects all users of 10Corp and affiliated services to do the same. This page describes our policies for handling claims of trademark and copyright infringement, and explains how to submit a valid notice.
1. Copyright Infringement 'âŦâ DMCA Notice and Takedown
A. Our Policy
10Corp complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. We will respond expeditiously to valid notices of copyright infringement involving content hosted on our servers or transmitted through our services. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to infringing content and to terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
B. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content hosted by a 10Corp customer infringes your copyright, submit a written notice to our Designated DMCA Agent containing all of the following:
- Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing material on our servers;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
- Your physical or electronic signature.

C. Counter-Notification
If your content was removed in error or due to a misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Your counter-notification must include: your contact information; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which 10Corp may be found).
D. Repeat Infringers
10Corp's policy is to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers.
2. Trademark Infringement
A. Our Policy
10Corp respects trademark rights and will investigate valid trademark complaints. Trademark infringement on our platform may include: domain names that incorporate another party's trademark in a cybersquatting or typosquatting manner; website content that uses trademarks in a confusingly similar way; and advertising or marketing content that falsely implies affiliation with a trademark owner.
B. How to Submit a Trademark Complaint
To report trademark infringement, submit a written complaint to legal@10corp.com including:
- The trademark(s) at issue and registration number(s) if applicable;
- The specific URL, domain name, or content alleged to infringe your mark;
- A description of how the content infringes your trademark rights;
- Your contact information and a statement that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
C. Domain Name Disputes
Trademark disputes involving domain names registered through 10Corp are governed by the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) and, where applicable, the ICANN Registrar Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy. 10Corp will comply with any final decision issued by an ICANN-approved dispute resolution provider.
3. Good Faith Requirement
Submitting false or misleading infringement notices may expose you to liability under applicable law, including 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) for material misrepresentation in DMCA notices. Please ensure your complaint is made in good faith and is factually accurate before submission.
