This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to 10Corp Web Services LLC ("10Corp," "we," "us," "our") and all services provided through our 10Corp brand and affiliated platforms. By using our services or visiting our websites, you consent to the data practices described in this Policy.

We collect information you provide directly, including: full name and contact details (email, phone, address); billing and payment information (processed via PCI-compliant payment processors 'âŦâ we do not store full card numbers); account login credentials; domain registrant information required by ICANN; communications you send to our support team; and content you upload to our platforms.

When you use our services, we automatically collect: IP address and approximate geographic location; browser type, version, and device information; pages visited, time spent, and referring URLs; server log data and error reports; and cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6).

We may receive information from payment processors, analytics providers, identity verification services, and domain registries as necessary to deliver our services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to: provide, operate, and improve our services; process payments and manage your account; send transactional emails (receipts, renewal notices, support responses); send marketing communications where you have opted in; comply with ICANN requirements; detect and prevent fraud and security incidents; respond to legal requests; and conduct analytics to improve our experience.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process personal data under: Contract 'âŦâ processing necessary to deliver purchased services; Legal Obligation 'âŦâ ICANN WHOIS requirements and applicable law; Legitimate Interests 'âŦâ fraud prevention and security; Consent 'âŦâ marketing communications and non-essential cookies.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: Service Providers (payment processors, hosting infrastructure, email delivery, analytics) strictly as needed to operate our services; Domain Registries as required by ICANN (WHOIS data); Legal Authorities when required by valid legal process; and in Business Transfers with prior notice.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Account data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure for legal and compliance purposes. ICANN requires domain registration data to be retained for two (2) years after domain expiration.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our websites use cookies to maintain session state, remember preferences, analyze traffic via tools such as Google Analytics, and deliver targeted advertising where applicable. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where technically feasible.

10. International Data Transfers
10Corp is based in the United States. For EEA users, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission for international transfers.
11. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us at privacy@10corp.com and we will delete it promptly.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or website notice at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect.
