This Microsoft 365 Terms of Use Agreement outlines the terms and conditions between 10Corp, a Delaware limited liability company, and you regarding your use of Microsoft Office products and services. By accessing or using the website or agreeing electronically, you accept this Agreement. It includes the Universal Terms of Service Agreement and the 10Corp Privacy Policy.
Description of Services
We provide various email service plans under Microsoft 365, including Email Essentials, Email Plus, Online Essentials, Business Premium, Business Premium Enterprise, Email Backup, Email Migration, Email Archiving, Advanced Email Security, and Business Management. Each plan offers different features to cater to your needs.
Account Termination; Limitations
Upon canceling your Microsoft 365 account, you may lose access to your content permanently. It’s your responsibility to export or collect any desired content before cancellation.
Your Obligations; Representations and Warranties
You represent that you have the necessary rights to any data or software used with the Products and that your activities comply with applicable laws. Subscription auto-renewal and contract entity provisions are outlined.
Provisions Specific to Microsoft 365
You agree to the Microsoft Customer Agreement for Products usage and consent to data processing. Terms regarding domain name registration, Microsoft Marks usage, HIPAA compliance, and support are detailed.
Provisions Specific to Microsoft 365 Email Backup and Email Migration Services
SkyKick Terms & Conditions apply to Email Backup and Migration Services. Communication protocols, backup copies, and data access consent are specified.
Provisions Specific to Advanced Email Security and Email Archiving Services
Inky and Proofpoint Terms & Conditions apply. Activation limitations, license terms, updates, and audit procedures are delineated.
