BY ACTIVATING MICROSOFT 365 OR MICROSOFT OFFICE SERVICES THROUGH 10CORP, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND MICROSOFT'S APPLICABLE LICENSING AGREEMENTS.
These Microsoft Office Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office products resold or provisioned by 10Corp Web Services LLC ("10Corp") through 10Corp and affiliated brands, via authorized reseller channels including one.com and vmotionhost. These Terms supplement our Universal Terms of Service and Microsoft's own licensing terms, which are incorporated by reference.
1. Reseller Relationship
10Corp acts as an authorized reseller of Microsoft 365 services. Your subscription is provisioned through Microsoft's commercial licensing infrastructure. You acknowledge that the underlying services are subject to Microsoft's Microsoft Product Terms and Microsoft Services Agreement, in addition to these Terms.
2. Available Plans
10Corp offers the following Microsoft 365 Business plans:

3. License Grant
Upon activation of a Microsoft 365 subscription through 10Corp, Microsoft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the applicable Microsoft Office applications and cloud services as specified in your plan. Desktop applications may be installed on up to five (5) devices per user unless your plan specifies otherwise.
4. Microsoft's Terms and Policies
Your use of Microsoft 365 services is governed by Microsoft's current licensing and service terms, including the Microsoft Services Agreement, Microsoft Online Services Terms (OST), and Microsoft's Privacy Statement. 10Corp has no control over Microsoft's terms, pricing adjustments, or service modifications. We will notify you of any material changes communicated to us by Microsoft with reasonable advance notice.
5. Account Administration
You are the admin of your Microsoft 365 tenant. As admin, you are responsible for managing user licenses, enforcing acceptable use among your users, and maintaining compliance with Microsoft's policies. 10Corp can assist with tenant configuration, DNS setup, and user onboarding as part of our managed service offering.
6. Custom Domain Email Setup
To use Microsoft 365 with your custom domain, proper DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Autodiscover) must be configured. 10Corp will provide step-by-step setup assistance and can configure DNS records on your behalf if your domain is hosted with 10Corp. DNS propagation may take up to 72 hours.
7. Data and Privacy
Data stored within your Microsoft 365 tenant is subject to Microsoft's data processing terms and privacy commitments. 10Corp does not have access to the content of your Microsoft 365 tenant data unless you explicitly grant us admin access for support purposes. For data residency and GDPR compliance information, refer to Microsoft's Trust Center at microsoft.com/trust-center.
8. Migration Services
10Corp provides free standard email migration from cPanel, Google Workspace, IMAP, or Exchange platforms. Migration includes email, contacts, and calendar data. Complex migrations (large data volumes, custom integrations) may incur additional professional services fees, which will be disclosed in advance.
9. Fees and Billing
Microsoft 365 subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Annual billing offers a discount as displayed on our pricing page. Prices are subject to change based on Microsoft's commercial pricing. 10Corp will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice of price changes. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable unless specified in our Refund Policy.
10. Support
10Corp provides first-line support for Microsoft 365 subscription and configuration questions (Mon'€“Fri, 9AM'€“6PM EST). For product-level issues within Microsoft's infrastructure (e.g., application bugs, datacenter outages), we will escalate to Microsoft on your behalf. Enterprise E3 customers have access to Microsoft's direct 24/7 support in addition to 10Corp support.
11. Termination and Data Export
If you cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription, Microsoft retains your tenant data for a limited period (typically 90 days) during which you can export your data. After that period, data may be permanently deleted by Microsoft. 10Corp is not responsible for data loss following subscription cancellation.
12. Limitation of Liability
10CORP'S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM MICROSOFT 365 SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE FEES PAID TO 10CORP FOR THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. 10CORP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SERVICE DISRUPTIONS, DATA LOSS, OR FEATURE CHANGES CAUSED BY MICROSOFT. MICROSOFT'S OWN LIABILITY TERMS APPLY TO MICROSOFT'S SERVICES AS SET FORTH IN THEIR AGREEMENTS.
13. Amendments
10Corp may update these Terms with thirty (30) days' notice. Continued use of Microsoft 365 services through 10Corp constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
