10Corp – Additional Terms for Renewals
Last Revised: 29-06-2020
Payment Information Updates and Failed Billing Processes
In the event that our attempts to charge the payment method associated with your renewing product(s) are unsuccessful, automatic renewal of the product(s) will not occur, resulting in the expiration of your product(s). If the primary payment method fails, and if the option is enabled, we will try to bill a backup payment method. Banks may also inform us of updates to your expiration date and/or card number, facilitating successful product renewal. Some card brands may automatically charge a new card without prior notification to us. To update your card information or alter your automatic renewal status, please log into your account.
Additional Terms for Domains
General Domain Renewal Information
Renewal rates exclude fees for Private Registration, Deluxe Registration, or Protected Registration. Domains automatically renew at the original registration length. Pricing is subject to change without notice. All domain name registrations and renewals are non-refundable, adhering to the terms and conditions outlined in our Registration Agreement. This email does not guarantee the availability of specific domains. By allowing your domain name to auto-renew, you affirm that your WHOIS information is accurate, and the Domain Name Eligibility and Allocation Policy Rules are continually satisfied. To confirm the accuracy of your WHOIS information, please visit our site.
Renewal of Certain Domains Prior to Expiration
Certain domain renewals may be processed before the expiration date to avoid domain redemption fees. Refer to this help article for more details.
Renewal Fees
Renewal rates exclude fees for Private Registration, Deluxe Registration, or Protected Registration. Domains automatically renew at the original registration length. Pricing is subject to change without notice. All domain name registrations and renewals are non-refundable, following the terms and conditions in our Registration Agreement.
Failure to renew your domain(s) during the 12-day Renewal Grace Period will result in a fee of $90.00, in addition to the domain renewal fee. During this period, the domain name(s) will be moved to parked nameservers, and any associated website or email services will cease to function. Note that most domains, including .com, .biz, and .net, can only be recovered within a maximum of 30 days after your cancel date. For further information on Domain Renewals or Canceled Domains, review the Domain Registration Agreement.
Bulk Renewal Discounts for Domains
The bulk renewal discount level is determined by TLD and quantity, with not all domains qualifying for bulk pricing discounts. Domains with bulk pricing are not eligible for additional promotional discounts.
Additional Terms for .AU Domain Renewals
For .au domain renewals, customers are obligated to verify the accuracy of the WHOIS listing. Refer to the following link for information on how to update WHOIS information.
PLEASE NOTE: BY ALLOWING THE DOMAIN NAME TO AUTO-RENEW, THE REGISTRANT WARRANTS THAT THE WHOIS IS CORRECT AND THAT THE DOMAIN NAME ELIGIBILITY AND ALLOCATION POLICY RULES CONTINUE TO BE SATISFIED.
