THESE ADDITIONAL TERMS GOVERN THE AUTOMATIC AND MANUAL RENEWAL OF ALL SERVICES PURCHASED THROUGH 10CORP AND 10CORP PLATFORMS.
These Additional Terms for Renewals ("Terms") supplement our Universal Terms of Service and any applicable service-specific agreements. By maintaining an active account with 10Corp Web Services LLC ("10Corp"), you acknowledge and agree to these renewal terms.
1. Automatic Renewal
Unless you disable auto-renewal in your account settings or cancel your service before the renewal date, all 10Corp services 'âŦâ including domain registrations, hosting plans, email services, workspace subscriptions, SSL certificates, and marketing tools 'âŦâ are enrolled in automatic renewal by default. On the renewal date, 10Corp will charge the payment method on file for the applicable renewal fee at the then-current rate.
2. Renewal Pricing
Renewal fees may differ from the original promotional or introductory price paid at the time of first purchase. The renewal rate applicable to your service is displayed in your account dashboard and in renewal reminder emails. 10Corp will notify you of any price changes at least thirty (30) days before your next renewal date.
3. Renewal Reminder Notices
As a courtesy, 10Corp sends renewal reminder emails to your registered account email address at approximately 30 days, 14 days, and 7 days before the renewal date. Failure to receive a reminder notice 'âŦâ due to spam filtering, outdated email address, or any other reason 'âŦâ does not relieve you of the obligation to renew or cancel before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information current.
4. Cancellation Before Renewal
To prevent automatic renewal, you must disable auto-renewal or cancel the service through your account dashboard at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled renewal date. Cancellation requests submitted after the renewal has processed will not result in a refund unless expressly provided for in our Refund Policy.
5. Domain-Specific Renewal Terms
A. Grace Period
If a domain registration expires without renewal, most domains enter a grace period of up to thirty (30) days during which the domain may be renewed at the standard renewal fee. During the grace period, the domain may be suspended and associated services (email, website) may cease to function.
B. Redemption Period
After the grace period, a domain may enter a redemption period of up to thirty (30) additional days. Restoring a domain during the redemption period incurs significantly higher fees. After the redemption period, the domain is released for public re-registration and cannot be recovered through 10Corp.
C. Registry-Specific Rules
Renewal grace and redemption period lengths vary by top-level domain (TLD) registry. 10Corp will make reasonable efforts to display TLD-specific renewal rules in your account dashboard.
6. Multi-Year Renewals
Certain services, including domain names, may be renewed for multiple years in a single transaction. Multi-year renewal fees are charged upfront for the full term. No partial refunds are issued for unused years of a multi-year renewal.
7. Failed Renewal Payments
If a renewal payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired card, or other payment issues, 10Corp will attempt to notify you and retry the payment. Services that fail to renew due to payment failure may be suspended. 10Corp is not liable for any loss or disruption resulting from a failed renewal payment.
8. Reinstating Suspended Services
Services suspended due to non-renewal may be reinstated upon payment of all outstanding renewal fees plus any applicable late or restoration fees. Reinstatement is not guaranteed for domain names that have entered the redemption or deletion phase.
9. Amendments
10Corp may update these Additional Terms for Renewals at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or website notice at least thirty (30) days before taking effect. Continued use of 10Corp services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
