Google Workspace Overview
What Is Google Workspace?
Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) is a cloud-based productivity and collaboration suite from Google. It provides professional email, cloud storage, video conferencing, document editing, and more — all tied to your custom domain name.
With Google Workspace, your team can use familiar tools like Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Meet under your own brand (e.g., you@yourdomain.com).
Key Features
Professional Email with Gmail
Google Workspace replaces generic email addresses with professional ones using your domain. You get the full Gmail experience — powerful search, spam filtering, 99.9% uptime SLA, and 30 GB or more of storage per user depending on your plan.
Cloud Storage with Google Drive
Every user receives generous cloud storage for files, photos, and documents. Google Drive integrates seamlessly with Docs, Sheets, and Slides for real-time collaboration.
Real-Time Collaboration
Multiple users can work on the same document, spreadsheet, or presentation simultaneously. Changes are saved automatically and version history lets you revert if needed.
Video Conferencing with Google Meet
Host video meetings with screen sharing, recording, noise cancellation, and breakout rooms. Meet integrates directly with Google Calendar for easy scheduling.
Admin Controls
The Admin Console gives you centralized management of users, devices, security settings, and compliance policies. You can enforce two-factor authentication, manage mobile devices, and control data sharing.
Available Plans
| Plan | Storage per User | Key Features |
