Updating Your Account Information

Keeping your account information up to date ensures you receive important notifications about your services and can be contacted when necessary. This guide covers how to update your personal details, contact information, and other profile settings.

How to Update Your Account Information

  1. Log in to your 10Corp account.
  2. Click on the User icon in the upper right corner and select Settings from the drop-down menu.
  3. Navigate to the Profile or Account Information section.
  4. Update the fields you wish to change, such as:
    • Full name
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • Mailing address
    • Company name (if applicable)
  5. Click Save Changes to apply your updates.

Updating Your Email Address

If you need to change the email address associated with your account:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Profile.
  2. Enter your new email address in the Email field.
  3. Click Save Changes.
  4. A verification email will be sent to your new address. Click the verification link to confirm the change.
  5. Until the new email is verified, your old email address will remain active on the account.

Updating Your Phone Number

Your phone number is used for account recovery and, if enabled, SMS-based two-step verification. To update it:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Profile.
  2. Enter your new phone number.
  3. If two-step verification via SMS is active, you may need to re-verify the new number.

Important Notes

  • Accurate contact information is required by ICANN for domain registrations. Inaccurate information may result in domain suspension.
  • Changes to your email address may take up to 24 hours to fully propagate across all systems.
  • If you cannot access your account to make changes, contact 10Corp support for assistance.
