Last Updated: March 2026 2 min read

Overview

10Corp provides a role-based access control system that allows account owners to define what actions different users can perform. Understanding these roles and permissions helps you securely delegate tasks while maintaining control over your account.

Available Roles

The account owner is the primary user who created the account. This role has:

  • Full control over all account settings, services, and billing.
  • The ability to create and manage sub accounts.
  • Exclusive access to transfer account ownership.
  • Access to delete the account.

Administrator

Administrators have broad access similar to the owner, with some restrictions:

  • Can manage domains, hosting, email, and other services.
  • Can manage sub accounts and permissions.
  • Can access billing information and make purchases.
  • Cannot transfer or delete the account.

Manager

Managers can oversee day-to-day operations:

  • Can view invoices and billing history.
  • Cannot add or modify payment methods.
  • Cannot create or manage sub accounts.

This role is focused on technical operations:

  • Can manage DNS records, nameservers, and hosting settings.

  • Cannot access billing information or manage users.

Billing Contact

Restricted to financial operations:

  • Can view and pay invoices.

  3. Click Add User or edit an existing user.
  4. Select the appropriate role from the drop-down menu.
  5. Click Save Changes.
