Overview
If you have forgotten your account password or are unable to log in, you can reset it using the email address associated with your account. This guide walks you through the password reset process.
How to Reset Your Password
- Visit the 10Corp login page and click Forgot Password? (or Reset Password).
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Click Send Reset Link.
- Check your email inbox for a password reset message from 10Corp. This typically arrives within a few minutes.
- Click the reset link in the email. This link will expire after a set period (usually 24 hours) for security purposes.
- Enter your new password and confirm it by entering it again.
- Click Reset Password to save your new password.
- You can now log in with your new password.
Not Receiving the Reset Email?
If you do not see the password reset email in your inbox:
- Check your spam or junk folder — automated emails sometimes get filtered.
- Wait a few minutes — email delivery can occasionally be delayed.
- Verify the email address — make sure you are entering the correct email associated with your account.
- Try again — request another reset email if the first one does not arrive within 15 minutes.
- Check for email filters — some email providers may filter messages from unfamiliar senders.
What If I Don’t Have Access to My Email?
If you no longer have access to the email address on file:
- Contact 10Corp support directly.
- Be prepared to verify your identity. You may be asked to provide:
- Account username
- Last four digits of the payment method on file
- Recent transaction details
- Answers to security questions (if configured)
- Once your identity is verified, the support team can assist you with updating your email address and regaining access.
After Resetting Your Password
- Consider enabling two-factor authentication for added security.
- Review your account activity log to check for any unauthorized actions.
- Update your password in any password manager you use.
