How to Export Account Data

Account and Billing Data

  1. Log in to your 10Corp account.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Account Management (or Privacy & Data).
  3. Click Export My Data or Download Account Data.
  4. Select the categories of data you wish to export (e.g., profile, billing, domains).
  5. Choose the export format (typically CSV or JSON).
  6. Click Generate Export.
  7. Once the export is ready, you will receive a download link via email or it will be available in your dashboard.

DNS Records

  1. Navigate to Domain Management and select the domain.
  2. Go to the DNS Records section.
  3. Look for an Export or Download Zone File option.
  4. Download the zone file in standard BIND format, which can be imported into another DNS provider.

Website Files and Databases

  1. Access your hosting control panel (e.g., cPanel, Plesk).
  2. Use the File Manager to select and download your website files, or use FTP/SFTP for bulk downloads.
  3. For databases, use phpMyAdmin or the database management tool to export your databases in SQL format.

Email Data

  1. Access your email via webmail or an email client (IMAP/POP3).
  2. Use your email client’s export function to save messages in a standard format (e.g., MBOX, PST, or EML).
  3. Alternatively, use an IMAP migration tool to sync emails to another provider.

Data Retention and Privacy

  • After requesting a data export, the download link is typically available for 7 days before expiring.
  • If you plan to delete your account, export all your data before initiating the deletion.
  • For data privacy requests or questions about what data is stored, refer to the 10Corp Privacy Policy or contact support.
