Overview
If you no longer need your 10Corp account, you can request its permanent deletion. This is an irreversible action, so please review the information below carefully before proceeding.
Before Deleting Your Account
Make sure you have taken care of the following:
- Cancel all active services — This includes hosting plans, email services, SSL certificates, and any other active subscriptions.
- Transfer or let domains expire — Domains registered through your account must be transferred to another registrar or account, or allowed to expire. Deleting your account does not automatically release your domains.
- Download any data you need — Once your account is deleted, all associated data (files, emails, backups, DNS records) will be permanently removed. See How to Export Your Account Data.
- Settle outstanding balances — Ensure all invoices are paid before requesting deletion.
- Remove payment methods — Delete any saved credit cards or payment methods from your account.
How to Delete Your Account
- Log in to your 10Corp account.
- Navigate to Settings > Account Management.
- Scroll down to the Delete Account section.
- Click Request Account Deletion.
- Review the summary of what will be permanently removed.
- Enter your password and complete any 2FA verification to confirm your identity.
- Click Confirm Deletion.
- You will receive a confirmation email. You may have a grace period (typically 30 days) during which you can cancel the deletion by contacting support.
What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted
- All personal information is removed in accordance with our privacy policy.
- All services, including hosting and email, are terminated.
- Domain registrations are handled according to their individual expiration dates and transfer status.
- Billing history and transaction records may be retained as required by law.
- The deletion is permanent and cannot be undone after the grace period.
Can I Reactivate a Deleted Account?
- During the grace period, contact 10Corp support to cancel the deletion and restore your account.
- After the grace period, the account and all associated data are permanently removed and cannot be recovered. You would need to create a new account.
