Overview
If you need to change your account password for any reason — whether for routine security maintenance or because you suspect unauthorized access — it is easy to do so from within your account dashboard.
How to Change Your Account Password
- Log in to your 10Corp account.
- Click on the User icon located at the top right, open the drop-down menu, and click Settings.
- Select Change Password under the Security section in the left column.
- Enter your current password, then enter your new password twice to confirm.
- Click Update Password.
Your password has now been changed. You will need to use the new password the next time you log in.
Tips for Creating a Strong Password
- Use at least 12 characters — the longer, the better.
- Include a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Avoid using personal information such as your name, birthday, or common words.
- Do not reuse passwords from other websites or services.
- Consider using a password manager to generate and store complex passwords securely.
What If You Cannot Log In?
If you are unable to log in to your account to change the password, please follow the instructions for Resetting a Forgotten Password.
When Should You Change Your Password?
- Immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- After a data breach involving any service where you used the same password.
- Periodically as part of good security hygiene (every 3–6 months is recommended).
- When leaving a shared environment where someone else may have seen your password.
