- Chargeback or dispute — Filing a chargeback with your bank without first contacting 10Corp support.
Terms of Service Violations
- Prohibited content — Hosting content that violates the terms of service or acceptable use policy.
- Spam or abuse — Using hosting or email services to send unsolicited messages or engage in abusive behavior.
- Excessive resource usage — Shared hosting accounts that consistently exceed allocated resources.
- Security threats — Accounts involved in distributing malware, phishing, or other malicious activities.
