  1. Log into cPanel.
  2. Navigate to the Email section and click Email Accounts.
  3. Click Create (or + Create).
  4. Fill in the following:
    • Domain: Select the domain for the email account.
    • Username: Enter the desired email address prefix (e.g., info, support, john).
    • Password: Set a strong password or use the password generator.
    • Storage Space: Set a mailbox quota or select unlimited.
  5. Click Create Account.

  • Suspend an account — Temporarily disable without deleting
  • Delete an account — Permanently remove the email account and all its data

Setting Up Email Forwarders

  1. In cPanel, go to Email > Forwarders.
  2. Click Add Forwarder.
  3. Enter the email address to forward from and the destination address.
  4. Click Add Forwarder.

Tips

  • Use IMAP instead of POP3 to keep emails synced across all your devices.
  • Enable Spam Filters (SpamAssassin) under Email > Spam Filters for protection against junk mail.
  • Set up autoresponders for vacation messages or automated replies under Email > Autoresponders.
  • Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to improve email deliverability.
