If you manage a large portfolio of domains, transferring them one at a time is impractical. Bulk domain transfers let you move multiple domains to 10Corp in a single streamlined process.

When to Use Bulk Transfers

• Consolidating domains from one or more registrars into your 10Corp account.
• Business acquisitions where domain portfolios need to be moved.
• Reseller migrations involving dozens or hundreds of domains.

Preparing for a Bulk Transfer

Before initiating a bulk transfer, complete these steps for every domain in your portfolio:

1. Unlock all domains at the current registrar.
2. Disable WHOIS privacy on all domains.
3. Obtain EPP codes for each domain.
4. Verify registrant emails are accessible for all domains.
5. Check eligibility — ensure no domain is within a 60-day lock period.

How to Initiate a Bulk Transfer at 10Corp

Step 1: Prepare Your Domain List

Create a list with each domain and its corresponding EPP code. Many registrars support a CSV or text file format:

example3.com, AUTH-CODE-3

Step 2: Use the Bulk Transfer Tool

1. Log in to your 10Corp account.
2. Navigate to Domains → Bulk Transfer (or Transfer Multiple Domains).
3. Upload your CSV file or paste the domain-and-code pairs.
4. Review the list and pricing summary.
5. Confirm and process payment.

Step 3: Monitor Progress

Check the Transfers section in your dashboard. Each domain will show its individual status. Some may complete faster than others depending on the losing registrar’s response times.

Each domain transfer typically includes a one-year registration renewal. Pricing varies by domain extension. Review the pricing summary before confirming the bulk transfer.

Tips for Successful Bulk Transfers

• Start with a small batch first to confirm the process works smoothly before transferring your entire portfolio.
• Respond to approval emails promptly — each domain may generate its own approval request.
• Track failures separately — if some domains fail, investigate individually and retry.

Handling Mixed Results

It is common for some domains in a bulk transfer to succeed while others fail. Failed transfers are usually due to individual issues such as an incorrect EPP code or an active lock. Check each failed domain against the standard troubleshooting checklist and retry individually.
