Refund Policy Explained

Last Updated: 2025-01-01 2 min read

10Corp aims to provide transparent and fair billing practices. This article explains when refunds are available, what qualifies, and how to submit a refund request.

General Refund Guidelines

Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service, how long ago the purchase was made, and whether the service has been actively used. Below is a general overview — always refer to the current Terms of Service for the most up-to-date policy.

Hosting Services

  • New purchases: Hosting plans are typically eligible for a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of the initial purchase.
  • Renewals: Renewal charges may be eligible for a refund if a cancellation request is submitted within a short window (usually 48–72 hours) after the renewal is processed.
  • Upgrades: If you upgrade mid-term and are not satisfied, contact support to discuss partial refund or credit options.

Domain Names

  • Domain registrations are generally non-refundable. Once a domain is registered, the registration fee is paid to the registry and cannot be recovered.
  • Domain renewals are also typically non-refundable once processed, as the renewal is submitted to the registry immediately.
  • Some new gTLDs may have a short Add Grace Period during which a refund is possible.

Add-On Services

Products such as SSL certificates, website security, email hosting, and website backup each have their own refund terms. Many are refundable within 30 days of the initial purchase but non-refundable upon renewal. Check the specific product terms for details.

Refund Processing Time

  • Account credits are applied immediately and can be used toward future purchases.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Domain registrations and transfers
  • Redemption fees for expired domains
