Paying with PayPal

PayPal is a convenient and secure way to pay for services on your 10Corp account. You can use it for one-time purchases as well as automatic recurring renewals.

Paying with PayPal at Checkout

1. Add the desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout.
2. In the Payment Method section, select PayPal.
3. Click Continue or Complete Order — you will be redirected to PayPal’s website.
4. Log in to your PayPal account and authorize the payment.
5. You will be returned to 10Corp to confirm your order.

Adding PayPal as a Saved Payment Method

To use PayPal for automatic renewals, you need to set up a billing agreement:

1. Log in at https://my.10corp.com/.
2. Navigate to Billing → Payment Methods.
3. Click Add Payment Method and select PayPal.
4. You will be redirected to PayPal to authorize a billing agreement.
5. Once authorized, PayPal will appear as a saved payment method on your account.

You can then set PayPal as your default payment method so all future renewals are charged automatically.

Managing Your PayPal Billing Agreement

The billing agreement you authorize allows 10Corp to charge your PayPal account for renewals. You can manage or cancel this agreement in two places:

• From 10Corp: Remove PayPal under Billing → Payment Methods in your account dashboard.
• From PayPal: Log in to PayPal, go to Settings → Payments → Manage Automatic Payments, and cancel the agreement with 10Corp.

Note: Cancelling the billing agreement from PayPal does not cancel your services with 10Corp. You will need to update your payment method or disable auto-renewal to avoid service interruptions.

Troubleshooting PayPal Payments

• Payment declined by PayPal: Ensure your PayPal account has a confirmed funding source (bank account or card) and sufficient funds.
• Billing agreement expired: If your agreement is no longer active, add PayPal again as a payment method to create a new one.
• Currency mismatch: 10Corp processes transactions in USD. PayPal will convert the amount if your account uses a different currency, and conversion fees may apply.
• Pending payments: Some PayPal payments may take a few minutes to process. Check your PayPal activity if the payment does not appear immediately.
