How to View Billing History

Your 10Corp billing history provides a complete record of all transactions, invoices, and payments associated with your account. Reviewing your billing history is useful for tracking expenses, verifying charges, and preparing financial records.

How to Access Your Billing History

  1. Log in at https://my.10corp.com/.
  2. Navigate to BillingBilling History (or Invoices).
  3. You will see a list of all past transactions, ordered by date.

Understanding the Billing History View

Each entry in your billing history typically includes:

ColumnDescription
Invoice #A unique identifier for the transaction. Click to view full details.
DateThe date the invoice was generated or payment was processed.
DescriptionA summary of the products or services included.
AmountThe total amount charged.
StatusThe payment status — Paid, Pending, Overdue, or Refunded.

Filtering and Searching

If you have a long billing history, use the available filters to find specific transactions:

  • Date range — Show transactions from a specific time period.
  • Status — Filter by paid, pending, or overdue invoices.
  • Search — Look up a specific invoice number or product name.

Viewing Invoice Details

Click on any invoice number to open the full invoice, which includes:

  • Itemized list of all products and services
  • Billing period for each line item
  • Subtotal, taxes, fees, and total
  • Payment method used
  • Transaction ID

From the invoice detail page, you can also download a PDF or print the invoice for your records.

Billing History for Refunds and Credits

Refunds and account credits also appear in your billing history. A refunded transaction will show a Refunded status, and any credits applied to your account will be listed as separate entries.

Exporting Billing Data

If you need to export your billing history for accounting purposes, check whether an Export or Download CSV option is available on the billing history page. If this option is not available, you can download individual invoice PDFs or contact 10Corp support for assistance with bulk records.

Keeping Your Records Organized

  • Review your billing history monthly to catch any discrepancies early.
  • Download receipts for significant transactions as a backup.
  • Update your billing contact information so all invoice notifications reach the right person.
