How to Update Your Payment Method

Keeping your payment method current is essential to avoid service interruptions caused by failed renewals. 10Corp makes it easy to add, update, or remove payment methods from your account at any time.

How to Update Your Payment Method

1. Log in at https://my.10corp.com/.
2. Navigate to Billing → Payment Methods.
3. You will see a list of all saved payment methods on file.

Adding a New Payment Method

1. Click Add Payment Method.
2. Select the payment type — credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
3. Enter the required details (card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address).
4. Click Save.

Editing an Existing Payment Method

Some details — such as the expiration date or billing address — can be updated without removing the card:

1. Click the Edit icon next to the payment method.
2. Update the relevant fields.
3. Click Save Changes.

Note: For security reasons, you cannot edit the card number. To use a different card, add it as a new payment method and remove the old one.

Removing a Payment Method

1. Click the Remove or Delete icon next to the method you want to remove.
2. Confirm the removal when prompted.

You must have at least one valid payment method on file if you have active services with auto-renewal enabled.

Setting a Default Payment Method

If you have multiple payment methods saved, you can designate one as your default:

1. Click Set as Default next to the preferred method.
2. All future automatic renewals and new purchases will use this method unless you choose otherwise at checkout.

Troubleshooting

• Card declined when adding: Verify the card details, ensure the card is not expired, and confirm your bank is not blocking the transaction.
• Cannot remove a method: You may need to add an alternative payment method first, or disable auto-renewal on services tied to that method.
• PayPal updates: If your PayPal billing agreement has expired, you will need to re-authorize it by adding PayPal again.

Keeping your payment information accurate ensures uninterrupted service and smooth renewals.
