How to Download Receipts
10Corp provides downloadable receipts for every completed transaction on your account. You can access these receipts at any time for personal records, expense reporting, or tax purposes.
How to Download a Receipt
- Log in at https://my.10corp.com/.
- Navigate to Billing → Invoices (or Billing History).
- Locate the transaction you need a receipt for. You can filter by date range or search by invoice number.
- Click on the invoice number to open the invoice detail page.
- Click the Download PDF or Print button to save or print the receipt.
The PDF receipt includes all relevant details: invoice number, date, line items, taxes, total amount, and payment method used.
What Is Included on a Receipt
Each receipt contains:
- Invoice number and date
- Billing name and address from your account
- Itemized list of products and services
- Billing period for each item
- Subtotal, taxes/fees, and total amount
- Payment method and transaction status
Downloading Multiple Receipts
If you need receipts for several transactions — for example, for an annual expense report — you will need to download each one individually from the invoices list. Use the date filter to narrow down the relevant period.
Receipts for Automatic Renewals
When a service auto-renews, an invoice and receipt are generated automatically. You will typically receive an email notification with a summary. The full receipt is always available in your billing dashboard.
Updating Your Billing Information on Receipts
Receipts reflect the billing name and address on file at the time of the transaction. If your business name or address has changed, update your billing profile under Account Settings → Billing Information so future receipts display the correct details.
Note: Previously issued receipts cannot be retroactively updated. If you need a corrected receipt for a past transaction, contact 10Corp support.
Requesting a Receipt by Email
If you need a receipt resent to your email, contact 10Corp support and provide the invoice number. The support team can resend the receipt notification to your registered email address.
