Accepted Payment Methods
10Corp supports a variety of payment methods to make purchasing and renewing services as convenient as possible. This article outlines the accepted payment options and any relevant details for each.
Credit and Debit Cards
The following card networks are accepted:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
Both credit and debit cards are supported. Prepaid cards may also work, though some prepaid cards can be declined if they do not support recurring billing or international transactions.
Card Requirements
- The card must be valid and not expired.
- The billing address you enter must match the address on file with your card issuer.
- Your card must be authorized for online and, in some cases, international transactions.
PayPal
You can link your PayPal account as a payment method for both one-time purchases and recurring renewals. When you select PayPal at checkout or in your payment settings, you will be redirected to PayPal to authorize the billing agreement.

Account Credit
If you have a credit balance on your 10Corp account — from a refund, promotional credit, or overpayment — it will automatically be applied to your next purchase or renewal. You can check your credit balance under Billing → Account Credit in your dashboard.
Payment Currency
All transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise indicated at checkout. If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees.
Adding or Changing a Payment Method
You can manage your saved payment methods at any time:
- Log in at https://my.10corp.com/.
- Go to Billing → Payment Methods.
- Add, edit, or remove methods as needed.

Regional Restrictions
Some payment methods may not be available in all regions. If you encounter issues completing a purchase, try an alternative payment method or contact 10Corp support for assistance.
