This page describes 10Corp Web Services LLC's ("10Corp") policies and procedures for responding to subpoenas, court orders, and other legal process, and provides guidance for attorneys and law enforcement seeking records or information from 10Corp.
1. 10Corp's Commitment to Legal Process
10Corp is committed to cooperating with valid legal process while protecting the privacy rights of its customers. We will not voluntarily disclose customer information to any government authority or third party without a valid legal instrument except in limited emergency circumstances involving imminent risk of death or serious physical harm.
2. Valid Legal Process Requirements
10Corp requires valid legal process before disclosing customer records. The following types of legal instruments are accepted:
- Subpoena (Civil): A valid subpoena issued in a civil matter pursuant to applicable rules of civil procedure. Civil subpoenas alone may not compel disclosure of content; additional process may be required under the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA);
- Court Order: A court order signed by a judge of competent jurisdiction directing 10Corp to produce specified records;
- Search Warrant: A valid search warrant issued pursuant to applicable criminal procedure rules, supported by probable cause;
- National Security Letters (NSL): 10Corp will comply with valid NSLs as required by federal law.
3. Where to Serve Legal Process
All legal process must be served on 10Corp's registered legal agent:
- Legal Department: 10Corp Web Services LLC
- Email: legal@10corp.com (for initial inquiries and non-urgent process)
- Phone: +1 (762) 233-3344
Informal requests, emails to customer support, or requests served on employees not authorized to accept legal process will not be acted upon and may result in delay.
4. Information 10Corp May Have
Depending on the type of service used, 10Corp may have access to the following categories of customer information:

5. Customer Notice
10Corp's policy is to notify customers of legal process directed at their accounts before complying, unless prohibited from doing so by law (e.g., by a non-disclosure order accompanying a warrant or NSL). If you are a customer and believe legal process has been served regarding your account, contact legal@10corp.com.
6. Cost Reimbursement
10Corp may seek reimbursement for costs associated with responding to legal process, as permitted by applicable law (18 U.S.C. § 2706). The requesting party will be notified of applicable fees before records are produced.
7. Emergency Requests
In genuine emergencies involving imminent threat of death or serious physical harm, law enforcement may contact 10Corp at legal@10corp.com with "EMERGENCY" in the subject line. 10Corp will make reasonable efforts to respond expeditiously to emergency requests and may disclose information necessary to prevent the threatened harm without formal legal process in such circumstances.
8. International Requests
10Corp is a U.S.-based company subject to U.S. law. International law enforcement requests must comply with applicable Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) processes or other applicable U.S. law. 10Corp does not accept direct requests from foreign governments outside of MLAT channels.
9. No Legal Advice
