THIS REFUND POLICY EXPLAINS THE CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH 10CORP WILL ISSUE REFUNDS FOR SERVICES PURCHASED THROUGH 10CORP AND AFFILIATED BRANDS.
10Corp Web Services LLC ("10Corp") is committed to fair and transparent billing. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. This Policy applies to all services offered through 10Corp and 10Corp platforms unless a service-specific agreement states otherwise.
1. Domain Name Registrations
A. New Registrations
Domain name registrations are generally non-refundable once registered with the registry, as 10Corp incurs immediate costs upon registration. Exceptions may apply for certain TLDs that offer a registry grace period (typically 5 days). Contact support within 5 days of registration to inquire about eligibility.
B. Renewals
Domain renewals are non-refundable once processed. If auto-renewal charged your account in error, contact us within 5 days for review.
C. Premium and Aftermarket Domains
All purchases of premium, aftermarket, or auction-acquired domain names are final and non-refundable.
2. Web Hosting Plans
Shared hosting, WordPress hosting, VPS, and dedicated server plans are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date for new customers only. After 30 days, no refunds are issued. Renewal invoices are non-refundable.
3. Email Hosting and Workspace Services
Email hosting, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within 14 days of initial activation if the service has not been used to send or receive email. After 14 days, no refunds are issued. Annual plans cancelled after 14 days will not receive a refund for the unused portion of the term.
4. SSL/TLS Certificates
SSL certificates are refundable within 30 days of purchase if the certificate has not been issued or installed. Once issued by the Certificate Authority, certificates cannot be refunded.
5. Website Security and Backup Plans
Website security plan subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if no scans have been run and no features have been used. After 7 days or first use, security plans are non-refundable.
6. Professional Services
Professional services fees are governed by the Professional Web Services Agreement. The initial deposit (typically 50% of the project fee) is non-refundable as it covers discovery and planning costs incurred at project kickoff. Refunds for completed milestones are not available.
7. Marketing Services
Email marketing and other marketing application subscriptions are non-refundable after the first billing cycle. If you cancel within the first 7 days before any campaigns have been sent, a full refund may be issued upon request.
8. Add-On Services
One-time add-on purchases such as domain privacy, custom email setup fees, and migration services are non-refundable once the service has been performed or activated.

Please include your account email, invoice number, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5'€“10 business days.
10. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting 10Corp support may result in immediate account suspension. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve billing issues quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed.
11. Changes to This Policy
10Corp may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to purchases made after the effective date.
